Arnald Ng, CFM, SLCR, MRICS has over 25 years corporate real estate experience and is an all-rounded CRE professional specializing in providing real estate solutions to end user, including stakeholder’s engagement, real estate master planning, portfolio planning and management, workplace strategy and implementation, project and change management, to post occupancy facility operations and maintenance.

Currently working for GSK as their Delivery and Performance Director in Asia Pacific Region, Arnald is responsible for CRE performance and capital projects delivery. Prior to joining GSK in 2020, Arnald spent 11 years in the banking and finance industry as Regional Head and 4.5 years at Hong Kong Jockey Club as their Executive Manager.

With the excellent track record in working for industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems, Hongkong Land, Standard Chartered Bank and now GSK, Arnald has proven herself capable in running complex multinational projects and operations, as well as directing regional teams towards international standards

Her expertise includes Stakeholders Management, Real Estate Master Planning, Portfolio Management, Workplace Strategy and Space Management, Capital Projects, Facility Operations and Maintenance, Outsourcing, FM Technology, Coaching & Mentoring.

She joined IFMA Hong Kong Chapter in 2000 and was an active Broad Director holding different capacities for the Chapter between 2002 to 2007. Arnald became the first approved instructor of IFMA in Asia since 2009. She is also a Faculty for CoreNet Global delivering Corporate Real Estate Seminar across Asia.
